Our powerful software solution, Smart Duplicates, identifies duplicates within your SAP Business Partner portfolio. Often data in inventory management systems is mistakenly collected several times. This is due to phonetic similarities, misspellings, the use of filler words, or incorrect titles in names.

Smart Duplicates supports you on your way to a high-quality database. Our online check alerts the user already during the installation of new business partners if there are similar partners in the stock. The overall check of the partner portfolio itself – or a comparison of your own database with an external file, such as sanctions or embargo lists – can run parallel in the background processing.
