Support for the strategic targets of the core bank, the achievement of the pre-determined IT-costs budget, and a higher process efficiency. Preparation and implementation of regulatory requirements for business not in line with bank strategy.

Implementation of the IT restructuring within the framework of the transformation program “New Evolution:” Design, launch and consolidation of a joint application architecture, establishment of SAP general and sub-ledgers, company-wide process harmonization, improvement of connections to distributive peripheral systems, data migration

Scoping of diverse top-level requirements, requirement analysis, and specification of loan-specific condition mapping, performance disturbances, risk prevention, as well as dialog and batch processes. Support of the design, implementation, and test phases. Development of a comprehensive training program for SAP Core and running a number of department-specific training courses, e.g. for Credit Operations and Finance. Support after the successful go-live for several months in Data Quality Management and for the stabilization of production and service procedures.

 

The project targets – under a hard deadine set by regulatory requirements – are successfully realized. b²tec contributes substantially to covering the customer’s complex requirements with substainable solutions in SAP Core, and provides needed operative SAP know-how.
