Stephan Fuchs resigned from his management role with b²tec on September 30, and will be leaving the company on his own accord. Stephan Fuchs has been a founding member since the company was established in 2001 and has contributed substantially in his role as manager to b²tec’s success. In the future Stephan Fuchs will focus on the areas of strategy and architecture as the Managing Director of enablingU GmbH and will remain a close business partner of b²tec in these areas.

b²tec’s new management will be comprised of four members. Co-owner Martin Schmid will continue to act as the Managing Director, a role that he has filled since 2005. Manfred Prien, a long-standing colleague and co-owner will be supporting him. The management will be completed by Frei Messow, responsible for Delivery and Dr. Detlef Ritz, in charge of HR and Legal. With this new orientation in management the company will be well-equipped to meet the demands of the market and to successfully continue with its strategy of international growth.
